There’s nothing like enjoying homemade fruit popsicles on a hot summer day. Making homemade fruit popsicles are a fun way for kids and adults to experiment in the kitchen. It’s also a best way to add more nutrients to your body which are made with only natural sweeteners!

HOW DO YOU MAKE HOMEMADE POPSICLES? 

This popsicle recipe is very simple with minimal ingredients. Let’s learn it step by step.

Steps to be followed…

STEP 1: BLEND INGREDIENTS: Chop the fruits which you like and add sugar or honey ( add any one which you prefer ) Blend or grind it and then transfer the mixture to the bowl.

STEP 2: POUR MIXTURE INTO POPSICLE MOLD: Once the mixture is homogenous (uniform throughout), evenly distribute it between the six wells of a popsicle mold.

STEP 3: FREEZE: Once the molds are filled, place the lids and sticks on top and freeze for 8 hours, or overnight. 

STEP 4: RELEASE FROM MOLDS: To release the popsicles from the molds simply pour mold under warm water for 30-60 seconds and pull to release. Then you can freeze them for later or enjoy right away!

Summer means spending time outside, soaking up the sun, and lounging by the pool. However, it also means extremely hot weather and lots of activity, which can lead to dehydration if you’re not careful. Keep your system full of water to enjoy the season to the fullest.So it’s our duty to stay fit and hydrated during this season. So here I’ve some 5 simple ways by which you can keep yourself hydrated and enjoy the season.

1.Drink water:

Our bodies are made up of 75% water. We need water to live. So drink up!

2.Drink coconut water:

Opt natural

Coconut water is healthy and filled with electrolytes, so it makes an excellent alternative to water on hot days.

3.Drink diluted fruit juices:

If drinking water is too boring for you, you can enjoy diluted fruit juices. Choose natural, 100% juice options with no added sugar, such as apple juice or cranberry juice, then just add water. The higher your water-to-juice ratio, the more healthy hydrating power you’ll receive.

Fruits and veggies are filled with water, and eating plenty of them helps you stay effectively hydrated. Eat a nice big salad with strawberries, bananas, watermelon, and grapes.

I love Summer..♡

Summer is one of my favorite season. We all love summer isn’t it..There’s a lot to love about summertime. No class,Shorts and tank tops, Casual kitty parties,beach vacation,mojito & mocktails, mouth watering ice creams,popsicles,but beyond all of the obvious seasonal perks this season brings, there are actual biological and physical reasons why summer puts you in a good mood. So,let’s get into it..

1. You can eat more fresh foods

Stay hydrated….

While we can certainly get fresh foods year round, summer in particular seems to be teeming with fruit and veggie options. The fruit and veggies there will often be organic and delicious too.Some foods that are in season during the summer are carrots, mango, blackberries, and, of course, watermelon. When you eat well, you feel good; hence, a better mood.

2. You’re getting more sleep

Usually we will get more sleep in the summer than they do in the school year. This has huge effects on your mood and happiness level.During the school year, I probably get six hours of sleep per night. In the summer, it’s more like 10 hours. I definitely feel better and more energetic during the summertime. So without any doubt, sleep keeps you happy and sane.

3. You can get in more outdoor exercise

My last summer vacation…

I personally just prefer working out outside because, it’s more fun, I think I tend to work out longer, too, than if I stayed inside.”Work in the sense,playing ,jogging,swimming and many more.

4. The weather is nice and sunny

One fine sunny day….

The brightness of summer can naturally enhance our mood and make us feel happy. So,if you’re feeling down, go outside if it’s sunny. That’s the best way to cherish ourself.
