How to stay hydrated during summer..?

Summer means spending time outside, soaking up the sun, and lounging by the pool. However, it also means extremely hot weather and lots of activity, which can lead to dehydration if you’re not careful. Keep your system full of water to enjoy the season to the fullest.So it’s our duty to stay fit and hydrated during this season. So here I’ve some 5 simple ways by which you can keep yourself hydrated and enjoy the season.

1.Drink water:

Our bodies are made up of 75% water. We need water to live. So drink up!

2.Drink coconut water:

Opt natural

Coconut water is healthy and filled with electrolytes, so it makes an excellent alternative to water on hot days.

3.Drink diluted fruit juices:

If drinking water is too boring for you, you can enjoy diluted fruit juices. Choose natural, 100% juice options with no added sugar, such as apple juice or cranberry juice, then just add water. The higher your water-to-juice ratio, the more healthy hydrating power you’ll receive.

4.Avoid energy drinks:

Avoid these kind of drinks…

Avoid energy drinks such as red bull, monster energy,sting & other beverages such as wine, whisky, bear and etc. Anything high in sugar or caffeine is going to dehydrate your body, so avoid beverages with exceptionally high levels of both.

5.Eat fruits and veggies:

Eat healthy stay healthy….

Fruits and veggies are filled with water, and eating plenty of them helps you stay effectively hydrated. Eat a nice big salad with strawberries, bananas, watermelon, and grapes.

Water makes up more than half of your body weight. You lose water each day when you go to the bathroom, sweat. You lose water even faster when the weather is really hot. If you don’t replace the water you lose, you can become dehydrated.

Particularly in the summer, dehydration can happen fast. Don’t wait until you feel physically thirsty. Be concerned about your hydration by drinking water, and taking other steps, throughout the day.
